Creative founder of Elaro
Barbara is the creative founder of Elaworld. She is the owner of ‘elements’ an award-winning business, training academy and salon based in Oxted, Surrey. It was while juggling the roles of mother to her three young sons and business manager that she realised something had to change. Life just wasn’t fun or fulfilling. So she decided to retrain as a performance coach and set about creating a lifestyle tool that was fun and compelling to use. The result was Elaro.
Barbara has a lifelong passion for learning. She has experienced the amazing results that education can bring. But she understands that knowledge alone is not enough. Being respected, valued and happy are the keys to feeling fulfilled. So Barbara developed Elaro to allow people to listen, communicate and express themselves transparently without fear or judgement, both personally and professionally.
Using Elaro has helped ‘elements’ go from strength to strength. Each member of our team feels empowered to bring the best of themselves to the party. We have grown and supported each other through empathy and team synergy. Elaro can do the same for you.
